Build Day 27 - Ensuite "Disaster"

Tragedy has finally struck! Over 100mm of rain fell yesterday alone in a 24hr period, some of which made it into our unfinished ensuite. The architect will be onsite today with the builder. Hmmm now about that claim you wanted signed off!
